Where to get an EP-27 flasher for LEDs

I just went to NAPA and bought an EP-27 flasher, installed it and still have the hyperflash. After searching around, it looks like I need one for LEDs, which NAPA does not have. Just tried advance auto parts site, and came up with nothing there too.

just bought mine from pep-boys, 12.99. it does not say led on the package but it does on the flasher itself
