98 ford ranger electrical problem?

I have a 98 ranger 2wd 3.0 and I went to start my truck the other day and my windows would not roll down, the cab light didn't work, the transmission would not shift past 1st gear, and the speedo would not work. I checked the fuses in the cab because the 10a fuse in spot 26 controls most of what wasn't working but after putting in a new fuse nothing was working. Is there something else electrical that could be wrong that has to deal with this? Any help is much appreciated!

Did you check to see if the fuse blew again?
Did you check the fuses under the hood beside the brake master cylinder?

The fuse wasn't blown to begin with I just swapped it for a new one to see. So I'm thinking there's a relay or something something else down the line that could cause it all fail

I've checked those and none of them are bad.

Are all the accessories out or just what you mentioned? Heater, radio, lights etc...

Yeah no cab light, no wipers, windows don't roll down, no speedo, and my auto transmission won't shift passed 1st gear. Could it possibly be the GEM module?

I'm having nearly the same issue. My problem began with the first sub-20° cold snap of the year. It went away once it warmed up to 40's, but has shown its ugly head as the temperatures dipped again. Did you ever find out what the fix is, sir?
