Aiming headlights

I have a 2001 B4000 and I want to adjust my headlights. I've tried with little success because the aiming screws are a pain to get at. Does anyone have an easier way? Please help.

i adjusted mine using a philips bit and a socket. had the truck parked about 15 feet away from my garage door and aimed them that way. after the lift i got alot of middle fingers in my direction so i decided to re aim my headlights. i also get people driving by flashing their highs at me cause they think i have mine on. they get a little surprise when i flash my highs back at them. i wonder if thats why they swerve a little bit??

to aim the headlights right u need to take it to a shop. if the headlights have the 3 nipples on them they used a device that uses mirrors to accuratly aim them.

if u dont have those nipples then u need to have it done with a machine that uses a lazer and stuff...
