SRS system uses 5volts to monitor status of system
Code 22 = Safing Sensor Output Circuit - Shorted to Battery Voltage

This means what it says, it is reading above 5volts, anything above 5volts is called battery voltage
Clock spring in the steering wheel can be the issue, test if horn and cruise still work.

Code 19 means fault memory for the air bag system is full, which could just mean you have had this issue for awhile, it needs to be reset with a scanner as far as I know, unhooking the battery won't do it.
