i thought most were 130A while the smaller ones were 95A (like the 4 bangers or 2wd, etc..)

anyhow, im looking to find out what size is in my truck (2001 Ranger Edge 4x4 4.0 SOHC) i thought a lot of the models, besides the tremor package, had the 130A alternators in them.

i looked up replacement alternators.. found some with descriptions.. and the one for an auto 4wd said 130.. then there was another that said 2wd, 95.. then another that said manual was a 95, then another that said manual 4wd 130...

anyhow... i guess the size doesnt really matter for what i need anyway.. does anyone know what the actual load is for our trucks? im going to be upgrading to a larger alternator, or adding a second one, but need to know how much the truck itself is. thanks guys for the info so far.
