2000 ford ranger 2x4 3.0 reg cab:

I have been looking for this interior light relay to fix my dome light issue after looking at several diagrams and forums I still cannot find it. Currently I have my glove box out, trim around the column and center radio trim and radio. There should be a relay box to the right of the column but not in my truck.

 

What are/were your issues with the interior light ?
Lights on all the time ?
Lights won’t turn on ?
Lights Flashing ?

 

I show the Interior Lamp relay in Auxiliary relay box 1, along with quite a few other relays.

And yes it should be right above gas pedal , black box with removable lid
But this is for a 2001 don't have 2000 info
