Weird horn problem 2000 Ranger

I was putting a radio in the other day, and shorted out a hot wire to ground. After that, the radio would not work on the "ACC" or "ON" on the ignition and the horn is not working. I checked all the fuses, (literally pulled them all and tested) and no blown fuses found.

The only thing I have not tested yet is the horn relay (I am doing that tomorrow). The question that I have is is there some kind of voodoo wiring for the radio thru the horn relay? All the info I have found online says there isn't, but at this point I am not sure.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Thx, Jim
