Floor vent only - not working

Floor vent only - not working
I'm after some opinions here, hopefully someone can confirm for me.
I am not getting any floor vent. When I set it to Vent/Floor, all I get is Vent, when I set it to Floor only, I get Defrost, when I set it to Floor/Defrost, I get Defrost. I removed the switch and hoses beside the glove compartment and blew them out as best I could but nothing changed. I couldn't visually see anything bad with the hoses. I'm thinking that it's probably the actuator door that is not working (since that's the hardest to get to). So I'm looking to see if others may have had this and what it turned out to be, the switch or the door. Other posts have said it's vacuum but they have only Defrost, nothing else works. For me everything works except the floor.
Thanks

Baring Ford did not change the component layout and operation for 2008, its more than likely either a bad vacuum control motor that controls the floor/panel door, a vacuum leak in the yellow vacuum supply line to this motor, or a bad vacuum function selector switch.
You can try to narrow it down by visually watching the vacuum motor as you switch between panel vent (no vacuum to either vacuum lines at motor) to panel/floor (vacuum at blue line) to floor (vacuum at both lines). The motor should move from full extension, half way, fully retracted. If not, try removing the yellow vacuum line at the motor and checking for vacuum with the selector set to floor. If no vacuum is present, check for a vacuum leak in yellow line between the motor and selector switch. If no leak is detected, replace the vacuum selector control switch.
