A/C not working on 4th position

hello everyone, i'm new to this forum and first of all here is my introduction

https://www.ranger-forums.com/member-introductions-12/hi-there-new-guy-here-134174/

now, i have a problem with my A/C and itīs that the 4th position doesn't work at all, the others works just fine, I've been reading that it might be the resistor of the blower motor, but most of the threads that i read about that the position that works is the 4th not the other way around like mine, hope someone can help me, thanks a lot and awesome forum guys.

The 4th fan position, and yes if it was a resistor the 4th position would be the only one to work.

He is saying the opposite. So the resistor is working but maybe the connector is shot.

Yes, either the connector is bad or the fan switch it self could be bad.
