Unscrew the two screws holding the lil plastic cover of the top of the headlight. Then pull up on the two tabs on the headlight. They're black and have a lip/bend on the top so you can grab them. If you can see behind the headlamp those tabs have holes that lock onto the adjustment screws.

Dude, it's so easy. Look behind the headlights, and you should see two slats of metal going from the bottom to the top. The outer-most tab/slat is going to be right next to the adjustment screw. The other tab/slat is going to be maybe 8" to the center of the truck. I believe the tabs are facing different directions though. You're going to have to pull pretty hard on the tabs because they're set pretty tight from the factory. Then once you get the lamp out you see a circle piece of plastic, turn that (I'm not sure which direction, but you'll know when you get it). Then just wiggle the actual bulb back and forth, it'll be a little stiff because the rubber seal starts to stick to the plastic of the housing.
This pic doesn't have the plastic circle thing but it shows where it goes, also the tabs in relation to the front of the headlight.

The tabs are kind of notched so they just slide in. You shouldn't have to take any bolts off or loosen them. Just give them a good tug and it'll pop loose. And as for readjusting your new headlights, just try to get the plastic nuts on the new headlights in the same place as your plastic nuts on your old ones (so you can atleast get in the ballpark). Then use the actual headlight adjustment nut (one on each headlight that can be adjusted by a phillips head screw driver or a socket) once you get everything back in place and hooked up. I just took mine to a flat abandoned road to aim mine right.

Lol you guys really want me to do this. I understand what needs to happen now, I know what tabs your talking about so just yank on them until the headlight pops out then unscrew the black thing and pull out the bulb. Then put the new bulb in and put the headlight back in and push the tabs back down and im done?
