All warning lights on -- signal lights stopped working

Hello,

My truck was been running fine for the past while, but today all the warning lights came on. ABS warning, Check Oil, E-Brake, and etc and the signal lights stopped working. The signal lights work when I have the key in the 'on' position but as soon as I start it, they stop working. The high beam don't work either now. I fired er' up a couple times and that didn't solve it. I'm thinking I'll pop the battery right away here, but after that, I'm all out of ideas.

Thanks for any help in advance.

check all fuse in power distribution box under hood and in cab fuse panel. If those are good, check the Instrument Panel ground.
