Can a driver air bag from an 03 work in a 00?

I was wondering if a driver air bag from a 03 work in a 00? I really like the look of the newer air bag better than my old one. I am also doing a front end conversion so I would like it to look like a 2003 inside and out.

Yes it will work. The plugs are the same. I have one in my 2000.

Yep. I look for one at the junkyard all the time. Found one last time I went but someone punched the ford emblem. Is sport trac have the same bags?

Also, good luck on the front end conversion. You will love it.
