Extra plug-in
My uncle recently gave me his old ranger to hunt out of. While “fixing” things I pulled the radio bezel to fix some broke wires and found a 3 wire plug “dummied” into the bezel. Any body know what this wire is for?

Without knowing the year or anything else about your truck

Guessing, fog light switch.

Sorry about that. 1997 ranger super cab 4x4. Plug is located on the right side of the bezel below the 12v power point
