Codes P0401 and P1000

Can someone please tell me what these codes are. I pulled them off a 99 ford ranger with a 3.0L

Code 1000 is not really a trouble code. It just means that the vehicle has not been driven long enough or in the right conditions for all of the OBDII monitors to complete. Ignore it.

Code 0401 is for "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected". It usually means that the DPFE sensor has gone belly up.

Great thanks, I printed it out and give it to my co-worker. The light hasn't came back on.
