Converting window cranks to power?

Hey guys im looking at a ranger with manual window cranks and my last truck had power windows and i perfer them over the crank. My question is this, Is there any way to convert it power windows easy with out much modification and looking out of place?

If your truck is pre-wired for it then it would be a cake walk.

I dont think any truck is pre wired for it, thats the issue with this swap is all the relays and whatnot involved in it

Some trucks came with the wiring behind the door panels already there.

I stand corrected then. How would one know if said plugs were there? what would I be looking for?

Take your door panel off and see if you see a plug or view behind it. There is a good possibility that you are prewired since you are 4x4. I'm not wired :(

Ok I looked at my plug finally. It has 3 wires going into the door but the truck side of the plug has like 10 wires going into it? does this mean I am pre wired?
