Windshield washer fluid pump

Windshield washer fluid pump
Trying to diagnose a problem with my 91 ford ranger. Put a new engine in it not too long ago and I am not sure the electronics were reconnected to the full extent. Before the engine switch, my windshield washer fluid pump worked. After the switch, no pump.
Could this be a fuse?
*My truck is very old and I try and keep it together myself. It is a bare bones model and if it drives, I consider it to be in good condition. I have several gauges within the dash that have died or are not responding as well (ie. Engine temp, Oil Pressure, right turn signal inicator and anything else in the HUD to the right of the steering column.
Thank you for the help.

Could be a fuse but considering the cluster issues id say either a newer motor was used without the newer harness. Could have been a plug change somewhere between year of truck and year of motor. Or somethings were not hooked up after the new engine was installed I'm in the process of doing my timing cover and i noticed quite a few grounding straps coming from harnesses attached at various places on the engine i would start there as they are very easily overlooked especially if you did the engine swap over a long period of time they are easy to forget. Grounding strap makes most sense considering the sensors that control the right side of the cluster as well as the pump are in the same general area they probably all use the same ground. Good luck!
