Problem Converting tallights - 3 bulb to 2 blub HELP!!!

Ok so I just did the conversion. I followed every step in this write up - https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...s-00-05-a.html. Now i dont have any brake lights. Everything else works, my back up lights, turn signals, running lights, and my 3rd brake light. But no brakes lights in the tails. I checked the fuses. all of them are good. Any suggestions? Any fuses that i need to double check??

Thanks in advance.

Here is what i did.
-Swapped my reverse plug for my turn signal plug on both sides.
- then i cut the green wire going to my running lights/brake lights and taped the side going to the harness up and tucked it away. The remaining wire going to the the plug i extended it and ran it to the turn signal plug on my trailer harness.
Ill get some pictures if needed.

Put everything back the way it was and just drill a third hole in the taillight for the third plug. A 1 inch hole saw and a dremel will do the trick. It is way easier than having to read through 20 steps and hacking apart your wiring harness where you could have crossed wires or grounded something.

use a 1 inch hole saw and a dremel to make holes for the tabs on the plug. That way you can turn the plug an lock it into place just like the oem holes.
