Headlight Gray Plastic Locking Part?

Any one know what this part is called? I'm trying to find a replacement one on rockauto and a couple of other places but can't seem to locate it.

Its the gray plastic tube that locks your headlight bulb into the headlamp assembly.

I haven't had to get a ford part, but i think the pontiac part name was something like headlamp retaining ring.
