Holy No Brakes batman!

So i replaced my front brakes...Rotors and pads..The abs light came on before i replaced the pads..then went off after i changed them.
Now they are back on.After i replaced the brakes My brake system isnt really working that Great.I would Hit the brake hard and it slows the car down but the pedel is stiff at first pump. The pedel Gets softer after i pump it and then its fine.I dont feel the rear brakes engage but they do work if the E brake is on.

Can anyone think of something???...I will see if bleeding them will help.
Should i bleed all four?

Sounds like air in your lines. When you put the new pads back on did you push the caliper piston in? If so you probably created air since you didn't bleed them. Bleed em it'll fix it. If you need some help roll buy tomorrow and ill lend a foot or hand! :)

The logical problem is simply air. If it worked fine before you touched it, and now it doesn't work fine, then you probably induced air. Bleed it and you'll be fine.

The alternatives are a busted brake line somewhere and you're spewing fluid when you step on the pedal, or your master is bad, or the vacuum booster is popped off.
