Help: Brush guard mounting brackets

I drive and 98 ranger xlt 4x4 4.0 ext cab. And I am looking to buy a westlin brush guard w/ a HD recever off of a 2000 ranger for a good price, however the seller from what I can tell (they are 75miles from here so I haven't driven to check it out) does not have mounting bolts or brackets? My thoughts are they maybe left the stuff on the old truck(sold now). I want to know if anyone knows if you can buy those parts? Where and aprox price? Or if I need to have something fabricated.

Thanks in advance. Also trying to keep this project cheap.

Oh and if something I described is wrong please feel free to correct, new to this.

look on summit racing. i think the mounting kits are like $40-$80 depending on the vehicle.

oh and if you have any type of body lift you need lifted brackets just like for the bumpers
