Soft brake petal has me stumped

Hey all I used the search function however I can't find anything like my problem.

My brake petal goes to the floor and will not stiffen up. I recently changed front rotors, pads and calipers. Bled the system well and then the brake petal started acting up. I went ahead and changed the master cylinder thinking it was the problem, bled the system and same results (I did bench bleed the master cyl). I have newer lines and 6 month old rear wheel cylinders. No visible leaks anywhere

Any ideas why the brakes could still be dropping to the floor? Thank you!

Did you bleed the brakes after installing the master? Check for a damp line or wheel cylinder

Yes I bled the entire system starting from passenger rear, driver rear, pass front and driver front. I couldn't find dampness but I could have overlooked something. It's just weird it happened after I did the front calipers

Has to be air yet in the system. How much fluid did you actually bleed through?

Is the fluid coming out the bleeders clear?

I went through about 24oz of fluid, it was coming out clear. I basically flushed the entire system. No milkiness or air that I could see. That's what confuses the heck out of me. I did use 99 calipers on my 03 since I have a 99 front axle and it's easier than explaining that I did a 4x4 swap to the dudes at auto zone. The 99s bolted right up to the 03 brackets. I must have air in the lines somewhere tho, any tricks that are better than standard bleeding?

Did you have 99s in there before you bought new ones or 03?

They were the stock 03s. The 99s bolted right up, and both have the twin piston design. No asthetic difference other than location of bleeder valve

is the bleeder valve higher or lower on the new ones?

The bleeder valve needs to be at the highest point. If its not take the caliper out and put a 2x4 or some type of block where the rotor would go. rebleed the front brakes with the bleeder valve at the highest point. My guess is you have air stuck in the top of the caliper.
