Instrument panel relay module #3

So I've got a 97 ranger that the interior lights don't work. Dome nor dash. The check engine, and turn signals work, but I can't see a thing at night.

Anyways, before I tear apart the dash to replace the instrument cluster bulbs, I want to check the interior lamps relay. But I have no idea where it is. Could someone help me out with a picture, or an idea of where to look? I'm looking at the owners manual, but it just point to somewhere under the drivers side wiper lol Anyways, Thanks ahead of time for any help.

Does you dome turn on when you open the doors/ turn on when you flip up the dimmer switch? Or does it just never come on?

Check for power on fuse 7 (7.5 amp).

I'm thinking its your dimmer switch.

Nah, the only lights in the cab that work are the turn signals, check engine, seatbelt ect....
The dash lights, dome light, nor the light that lights up the heater panel comes on.

I've gotta find a electric measure thingy to check the fuse box.
