pass. side 194 socket issue

ok, I did the blinker mod on my truck last year, since fall of last year that darn bulb on the passenger side keeps blowing on me, did it tonight after I went in the car wash... now I know I screwed up on that side b/c I cut it really short, so it must be getting water in there and blowing the bulb... is there any way to open the socket thing up and fix the wire length so I wont have it in such a bad kink??? or do the dealership ones come with a lil wire???

thanks!

*see it on the left! that was tonight when I was about to leave...

Hit up a junkyard, and snip off a corner light bulb holder/pigtail. Then just snip snip crimp crimp. That's what I would do. The ones from ford should have a pigtail, as should the autoparts store's replacements.
