temp gauge

my check engine light came on and I notice that my temp. gauge does move from C anymore no matter how long the truck has been warmed up, does this mean I need to replace my t-stat?

sounds like the coolant temp sensor might have gone out...did you get the code pulled?

the code is P0128. Still has full heat and the Temp gauge doesn't move

definitely sounds like your ECT sensor went bad

okay.have you done this before? Where is this thing? sounds and looks pretty straight forward to swap out..... there are so many different sensors that you could get on rock auto too, your a big help, thanx!

where is the lower intake manifold? I feel so stupid asking this because I probably am looking right at it

does anybody know the part #'s for both of these? mine as well replace both of them considering they are right next to eachother, right?
