I searched and came up empty. Please help

I have a 2 wheel drive 02 xl that obviously did not come with fog lights. I have an 04 lower valance with factory fog lights mounted already. I also have the short harnesses that connect to the bulbs. I also pulled my HVAC-radio surround and I have the wiring for the factory switch. I do not see anything to plug the short harnesses into anywhere near the bumper though. I am easily capable of making a fuse, relay setup to hook these up correctly and safely but I was wondering if there is any way to use the factory relays, fuses etc that are already there and hook these up. The only harness on my bumper is the ones going to the ABS sensors. Should I just make my own? I was hoping for plug and play mainly because I am lazy and that should be the most reliable solution.
Thanks

normally like on older 93-97 the wiring is there but not the relays or fuses.. most likely because ford loves to cut cost everything is probably gone and you will just have to wire it

Thanks for you reply. Yeah, the newer they are the cheaper they are.
