most of you remember that I'm using a 1" Eibach wheel adapter to mount my 17" mustang wheels. To get them to fit, I had to dremel off the ends of the studs to clear the wheel. They're not exactly even and while I can't feel much of a vibration, I feel like I'd be happier if I just replaced the studs so they were all uniform in length (plus I can't really predict what the heat-cycle of cutting them did to their strength.) I don't know the first thing about measuring studs, but I need them all to be one inch or slightly less than one inch in length from the mounting face on the hub. Does anyone know how I would specify that at a parts counter or know where is a good place to get them? If/when I do get them how involved is it to change them? I'm guessing I have to take the brakes off to do it, and then I'd at the very least need a friend to help me bleed the brakes.
