Wow, I'd sell you a lil cobra 19 for cheaper than what you could get parts for that thing for.....That's an antique(so to speak)and isn't worth the trouble of even cracking the case. Trust me.

Old is cool....Whats the manufacture date on that?
That mic plug looks like the same one in the "Realistic" brand radios fromn Radio Shack, I would just cut that power plug right off.

thats just a power and ground on that back

and a regular looking mic plug on the front


its not that hard, and its sweet cause its old

Thats cool, L2en sold me his cobra 19, which I need for my buddies truck anyway..

And this one may not even work...

Now, can I get the power cord to be used with a cigarette lighter plug, I need one that is the power cord to something, 12.8V.

I have a cigarette lighter on the left side of my dash, aswell as a 12v plug in source on the right.

I asked at radioshack, but I didn't look myself in the wiring section..

They wanted to just directly plug it in to the existing plug, I think I can easily just cut the plug off and connect it to the 12v cigarette lighter, hell maybe even remove the cigarette lighter and use that power source for the CB radio?
