Check and make sure that everything is plugged in properly to the back of the cluster and make sure you didn't press the speedo needle on too tightly so that it can't move. They're pretty touchy. Hope it all works out and looks good.

Did you plug the dimmer switch back in when you put the dash back together? and for the speedo, did you push the needle onto the face too much so its "stuck" in one spot?

ive never taken off my gauges but check and see if you put the actually gauge peice in far enough, it may be out a little to far and the needles hanging up on it...

Evan (Rangererv) has this same issue, the needles are pushed in too far and they bind up until his truck warms up some.

ok somehow the gauges are fixed now, i replugged the cluster back in while the truck was on and now they speedometer works haha. dan messed with the needle some so maybe it was stuck after all, just when i felt it it turned loosly, i dont know. anyways i will probably be buying some super white bulbs to replace the lights behind all the intrument panels...they stock ones give off a yellow glow that lights up the blue paint bluish green so i gotta fix that, thanks everyone for your help and input.

White leds would be better than the super birghts as they generate a good amount of heat.
