Don't ever get these leds!

So i was at pep boys yesterday and saw some leds by pilot motor sports. Got them and put them in my corners and license plate lights. Total crap, can't even make out my plate from 10 feet away, less light output than the oem incandescents.

Can't that be a good thing? As long as you pass inspection. The beam profile does look a bit ugly though, I am not a fan of blue either.

Most Pilot brand stuff is crap. The ricer crowd is where they make their money... cheap stuff. Don't buy.

There's a banner ad on this site... I think it's called SUPERLEDS or something like that. That's a great source to buy LED's. Cheap and reliable.

I bought a cheap pair off eBay for my licence plate lights awhile back too. They were suppose to be super bright blue LED's.........they looked worse then your pic. I just put my stockers back it.

Don't have inspections down here. The output is so crappy i'd get a ticket in a heart beat, utter junk.
