Heat is stuck on hot.

The heat on my 1998 Ford Ranger 3.0L 4x4 is stuck on hot. I read a few other threads on this topic but they mainly focused on replacing the servo control. Removing the two front screws on the servo and using a flashlight, I could see the servo shaft turn when I change the heat setting. I took the floor duct off and could reach in and move the mixing door with my hand. The problem seems to be the connection between the servo and the mixing door is broken. Does anyone have a diagram or picture of this connection?

How do you take the dash apart to get inside the mixing chamber? Is there another way to get to the mixing door without taking apart the dash? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Find the thread on here about the blend door fix. I think it's just what you need.
