Brake Noise

I have an 01 4x4 that is making brake noise when the brakes are applied. It kind of sounds like a hee haw hee haw...
The faster I am moving the faster the sound. It only makes noise while pressing on the brakes.

I change the pads and replaced the rotors but I still have the noise.

I am thinking its the caliper but I thought I should post it and see if anybody else has had this or might have any other ideas.

Something between the pad and rotor?
Maybe the rotors still have some crap on them from manufacture?

No brake pedal pulse and no pulling. I had the noise when I got the truck, put on new pads and brand new rotors-not cut.

The only thing left is the caliper... I think...

maybe the rotors have a glaze on them from the last brake pads. maybe a touch up woth some sand paper or worse case have them lightley machined.

The noise was there when I got the truck. I put brand new rotors and pads on. The noise didn't change. So I don't think its the rotors or pads.

It's a "creak" sound during low-speed braking. Not the usual disk brake squeal.
