Stripped O2 sensor
Like the title says. I put the o2 socket on the sensor and soaked it in PB and i go and loosen it and it stripped it. rounded it. how can i get it off easiest ?

man you have had some bad luck...

best guess would be more pb, heat, possibly a 6pt box wrench... its time to get creative bud

Firewrench around it a little bit to free it up, then take it out. You can't be afraid of the torch.

Korey no luck with them. Im pounding a socket on it (old junky one) 4 tacks around it and see what happens

I bet you're just a ***** and not clamping it on tight enough. They work for me everytime

Use a good socket, then put it in the vise and break it, then you get a brand new one. Real good Snap-On man, real good.

I'll second the blue wrench and vise grips. That has never failed for me. You gotta clamp those vise grips on there TIGHT, though.

Used the vice grips and used a big pair of channel locks to lock them down super tight. Heated it up with the oxy/ace and it came out nice.

It's a lot easier when I'm in the shop but at home it's a different ball park.

Thats a very mini size of what i have. I have like a 4ft Oxy tank and a 3ft Acetylene, or however the ratio is.

lol the o2 is my fault lmao and it not like its a rare part that fails or anything
