Brake Troubles

Hey all,

Over the last month or so, there are times when my breaks take more pressure than usual to brake. There are other times where they seem to not break no matter how hard I push the pedal. I have checked my rotors and pads and they are ok. My next step is to bleed my lines. Anyone else have any ideas of what it could be? Thanks in advance
