Help! Injector problem!!

Hey this is my first post on ranger forum. Soo.. i removed all my injectors from my 97 4L V6 ranger. I cleaned them using the process that i saw on the net using the 12v adapter and carb cleaner. After i cleaned them i noticed the one was missing the entire.. pintle cap? plastic cap that goes on the end. Im worried that the end might have fallen into my engine. What do i do and if i cant get it out will it hurt my motor? Im not sure what cylinder it came out of so that doesnt help my cause either.

Thanks!

It most likely got smashed and burned up down the exhaust by now. It's a little piece of plastic. It shouldn't harm anything. Just replace the cap with a rebuild kit.
