so the solenoide decided to die on me on sunday. ive been trying to look were to buy a new solenoide to replace it on my winch.

anyone knows were i could buy them? i was thinking on calling smittybuilt directly tomarrow but thought that it wouldnt hurt asking first.

thanks

you could go to a local 4x4 shop, or trucking supply store... they may have parts

I had a similar problem. Called Smittybilt and they shipped me a solenoid, plug, and remote to get it fixed no questions asked. Ended up being the remote.

I would give them a call. From what I've experienced they have great customer service.
