give it a try as long as you don't have to rip out the pink wire from somewhere but if the end comes out easily, heck, try it. i cant remember well but im almost positive he did that.

i was looking on the site, and they like contradicted themselves, at first they said the jlink ipod cable wasnt included, then it was, then it was optional blah blah

but i was looking at the reviews and someone said that it does indeed come with it from crutchfield

 

well i should be gettin the headunit tomorrow from UPS. so we'll see how the install goes. i'll post pics when done!

i also found out a code to unlock the headunit! sweet!

 

sweet! got it installed. i love it!

also found a code to get into the manufacturers menu. so i can watch dvd's while moving. not that im going to, but it will be good entertainment for passengers on long drives.
