That's the sound my tweeters make when I start the truck. I just got a buttload of 4ga and an inline fuse to do "The Big Three". Will this solve the problem? My dad told me it might be in the alternator or ignition, which are both being replaced in the next six months. I've heard you can buy a ground loop isolator to fix the problem as well. Until I get the time and money for the alternator and ignition module, what can I do in the mean time to stop that damn sound??? I have good grounds on both of my amps. I can hear every little thing through the tweeters when the volume is completely down. From turn signals to brake lights to the damn blower motor. WTF??? It's really starting to **** me off after I spent a couple days gutting my interior to run all this ****. grrrrrrr
My subwoofer has a similar effect of this problem. It just kinda buzzes very softly, you'd have to listen carefully to notice though.

I know on my dads 05 f-250, he has a JL 10w-7 you can hear some humming with the sub when there is 0 vol. also, as with the center channel. But not as loud as you are explaining. We are "unsure" what is causing it, but its VERY MINUMUL, easy to live with..
It might be your H/U? idk (if u havent already) check the speaker/tweeter connections..

Yeah I need to separate the grounds. The rca's are running side by side, but I don't think it makes a difference. Hell I've seen rca's with the remote wire built in. If that doesn't affect things, I doubt two pair of rca's in the same area would make a difference. They're sending the same signals.
