LED Light bar Mount Question

Hey guys, hopefully this is the right place for this!

I was looking into getting a light bar, because i was offered a really good deal for one. the problem is i don't know the right size to get. I was wondering if someone had any experience with them? I measured from weather strip to weather strip on the flattest part of my roof to be 50in (49.7 To be technical) but i was told that i have to factor in mounts.

I have a choice between a 42 in bar and a 50in bar, price difference being 30 bucks (469 and 500 something respectiviely)

i drive a 2000 single cab, anybody with wisdom? looking to mount just under where the windshield meets the roof (sunshade area)

Joe

You will have to get mounts custom made. I also would go with the 42" light bar because 50" looks too big on rangers IMO.
