Bad PCM???

Has anyone every experienced a single cylinder misfire caused by a bad pcm? I have a misfire on cylinder one and have replaced plugs, wires, and the coil. I've swapped injectors to see if the misfire would move. I've done a compression test that came up normal. I am running out of ideas on what else could be causing a constant cylinder 1 misfire.
