need help! 4wd prob, hubs not locking.

ok guys here is the scoop. i need help with some vaccum hoses. i have a 98 4x4. i know i have some vaccum leaks. underneath the passenger headlight, about the inner fender, there is a part called vaccum selenoid. it has 3 wires going to it and 3 things for vaccum hoses. mine has one and it goes to a hose on the frame. where do the other 2 go? i assume at least one goes to a hub because my 4wd does not lock in. but where does the other one go? I looked at my dads 99 4x4 but was confused cuz mine has a vaccum resevoir on the inner fender whereas his did not. so if some1 could help me i would appreciate it.

edit: the front d/s is spinning so that means all is well in the transfer case correct.

yea the shaft spinning means your tcase is fine...im pretty sure there is a vac line going to each front hub and your front diff is open so if you have one hub that doesnt lock in there wont be any power to the front wheel because the power goes where there is little resistance...i would go ahead and replace all of those lines along with the soloniod...that solioid is what locks/unlocks your hubs

figured it out. basically i was missing a vaccum hose. the pvh solenoid has 2 hoses, one goes to the vaccum resevoir, halfway to the resevoir it breaks into a tee and that line goes to the hvac valve. and the other hose goes tees off and goes to the hub. i was missing the one to the resevoir so i added a tee and now they lock in.
