Loose/squeaking body mounts?

Hey guys I drive a 1998 3.0L 2wd ranger. It's lifted 3 inches with spindles up front and blocks in the back. Granted I know there is complications with a lift kit and larger tires which I have been through already. But there is one thing that I have yet to solve. Everytime I hit a sharp bump or pothole on the road there is a squeaking/rattling noise from my truck. I have checked all the joints and stuff up front and everything is solid and seems to all be lubricated. Is there a chance that some of my body mounts are loose or just worn out and causing the noise?? Any help is appreciated.

the bushing that goes between the upper shock mount and the "washer" with a nut on top of it. Mine seem to last me 4 months every time lol idk why. They were toast in the summer, we replaced them before the dunes and now they're trashed again.
