Steering Shaft part name?

Hi everyone, my name is Austin Bishop, I have a '93 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0 Manual Trans w/ power steering. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the part that the black arrow is pointing to in the attached image below. I am not sure if this part is sold separate or if I have to buy the whole shaft. If it is not separate, what is the part name of this shaft coming out directly below the steering column. Either way, the rubber seal or bushing or whatever it is inside of this joint is worn out. I have looked all over the place for this part and had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

hey you talking about the rubber on the steering shaft, its a rag joint and you cant get a replacement from ford, but if you will look oreillys sells a rebuild kit. i had the same prob. you will have to grind off the ribets and get grade 8 bolts and nuts, i can be done,
