A question needs to be answered

Ok, first time posting here so forgive me if I posted this in the wrong place.

I have something I would like some insight on, I just recently picked up a 2007 Ford Ranger Level II and after the endeavour of learning to drive standard, I noticed that when ever I engage or disengage the clutch, there is a clunk that can be heard. It sounds like the flywheel itself but I'm not entirely sure. It only happens when I push/release the pedal slightly faster than I normally do (usually when I'm trying to get into the flow of traffic without getting rear ended, lol)
Any insight would be great, thanks in advance.

Yes, reads like drive line issue.

Get under the truck, SAFELY, and move drive line manually to see if you hear that same clunk
