How do I get this off?

I'm posting this in both general and drivetrain. Not sure where. . .
I blew the slave cylinder on the clutch.
Replacing.
I'm trying to get the shifters off to drop the tranny.
I'm here. How do I get the flippin' shifter lever off? I pulled this set nut, but; I cannot figure out what is supposed to come off. . .

After you take the nut off one side, you put it on the other side and tighten it. It will pull the cam lock loose and you can pull off the shifter. Here's some pics:
