Alarm

Do you have to have automatic locks to get a alarm system. I have manuel locks and was wondering if it would work.

Some people say that if you get these, door lock actuators, then you can have the doors that lock.

I had manual locks to begin with. When I had my Audiovox alarm installed, I also had the door actuators installed. Now I have keyless entry.

I think in the 2 1/2 years I have had my truck I have put the key in the door maybe six times, less chance of scratching the door around the key hole. I like it.
