Fuel pump is most likely bad. Turn the key without starting the motor & listen for the pump to come on , it should Buzz for a few seconds as it brings the system up to pressure. I bet yours is quiet & 9 out of 10 times that means a burned out pump. I've done a couple fuel pumps on these trucks & can say from experience the easiest way to do it is remove the bed and work from above the frame rails. It's 6 carriage bolts & the electrical connection for the tail light harness. It's way easier than dropping the tank with fuel sloshing around in it.
