Rear drum locked up

hey,
went fishin today, parked it on the boat launch to have a place to put stuff, put my parking break on (dont use it THAT much) so i dont somehow roll into the water. going to leave, my truck feels weird, underpowered, but it keeps spinning back right tire. i finally realize, back left tire the brake is rubbing... i drove around, played with e brake pedal and smashed brakes a few times. drove like 20 mins home, and it was smoking. any tips on what to do?

Try going in reverse and slamming on the brakes. Thats how you adjust the e-break if I remember correctly.

Any signs of leaking around the drum?

if the reverse thing dosent work, you can also adjust with a flatblade srewdriver thru the back of the drum

Yeah I'm pretty sure Stephen is correct on that. If its leaking I would pull the drum cover off and check the wheel cylinders as well, might be time for new ones.
