Electrical Problems, need help!

I was sitting in the truck with it idling, and it was running fine. I then shut it off and tried restarting it. Nothing works now, no lights, no hazards, no dinging. What is going on here? One minute it works fine, the next nothing. I checked the big fuses under the hood, and some of the little ones in the dash.

Also, the power mirrors did seem to work, but then they only worked in one direction, then nothing! This is for a 99 Ford Ranger with power window, locks, mirrors, and that blinking theft light.

The battery might be dead. Take it in and have it tested. The theft light blinks normally when the truck is off. Once every 5 seconds or something like that.

The thing is everything worked just fine, started great, lights were strong, then bam, nothing. Also, any ideas on the mirrors?
