Need some help

This guy on CL wants 200 bucks for his entire front drivetrain, axle, rotors, CVs, everything. How does this look, worth 200?

That the only pic?

Looks rusted all to hell. I'd offer him less.

crusty rusty!! idk....after blasting and painting, you'd be at like 300, then idk how that diff looks. I'd say offer him less. It's worth 200 definately.

Get the knuckles, unitbearings, cv's, rotors, calipers, axle.

i dont see anything wrong with it trent, i would have to say, go by and just look it over, if anything looks out of place, take a pic and put it on here. but you should be able to tell if it looks bad, but judging from the pic, you could clean that up and slap it in!

Oh I will. He said its all in the truck still but I don't know how much is left beyond that pic. I think I'm going to offer him 150 and tell him I'll help remove it all. I'm waiting to hear back on what gears are in it.

Jason, I'll defn be back.

exactly what i was thinking.

if the diff isnt leaking then its all 100% work fine, why not?

Also its just surface rust. 90% of those parts come that way brand new.

Everything that is replaceable will be replaced while its out. It has 3.73 gears in it, but I'm not too worried about that, I think I'm going to wait a month or two and save up and just go ahead and drop a locker in the front before it goes in. I'm going to check the JY when I go in 2 weeks and see if they have a axle with 4.10s for a reasonable price too. Just waitin to hear back when this guy wants to meet to pull all the stuff
