Wow so i brought my truck for its headlight "alighnment" today

Right after I drop it off before I even leave, They mechanic comes out and tells me he cant he doesnt have the tools. ITS A 4MM SOCKET! and you'r telling me ford doesnt have one??

So I go in the back and show the moron how to pull the headlight out, he had no idea, and that he had to adjust all the little things not just the top one.

He also had the off road lights on and was playing with the headlights wondering why the off road lights werent moving.

I ended up taking it home and doing it myself, and had to pay $11 labour to teach a moron how to pull out a ford headlight

I've got halogen yellow fogs and mine are way brighter than yours judging by the pics. I bought mine because I think HID headlights with normal halogen fogs looks cheap, but I didn't want to spend the money on HID's for my fogs too. In the entire time I've been able to drive I haven't ever been in fog so yellow fogs are pointless for me and I don't like how they look anymore, plus EVERY ricer has yellow fogs now lol. I'm buying 6000k fogs when I get the money lol.

Not only do I think yellow fogs look cool, because you definetly notice them coming towards you, which is the entire point. They are not blindingly bright like blue or white lights and they don't have glare. They cut through fog, snow, rain etc and give you an excellent view of the road.

Basically, yellow fogs are to see and be seen, and I think they're a great investment for ANY vehicle.

It didnt notice the $11 for the headlight labour till after I left and paid.

Though I was just paying 19.98 for the Gear oil and labour to add it.

I can see how those would actually help when it is wet or foggy.

I may actually do that!

Now that you've had these for a few days, are you still happy with them?
I'm wanting to get silverstars for the F150 but they don't make them for the fog (9140). Not sure I want to run 65 watt 9005's (or 9006 whatever it is) in there in their place. Might try out some yellow fogs if they put out a decent amount of light.

Yeah After re adjusting my headlights properly, the fogs are awsome. The colour looks great and the seam slightly brighter than stock.
